Star Wars Legion: Stormtroopers

No image is more iconic and symbolic of the Empire’s power than the expressionless helmet of an Imperial Stormtrooper. These soldiers have been deployed on hundreds of worlds across the galaxy to enforce the might of the Empire.  This unit includes a Stormtrooper Leader, eight Stormtroopers, and two Heavy Weapon Stormtroopers as well as all cards to support gameplay.

This new set reintroduces the stormtroopers to the Galactic Empire army. These are completely new miniature sculpts, showcasing a variety of new poses and tactical builds. In addition to new sculpts, these miniatures are now in hard plastic material, providing a crisper miniature for more detail.  

For gameplay, this unit will be a core choice for almost all Galactic Empire armies and has multiple options to represent their tactical flexibility. Featuring new rules and options for the new edition of Star Wars: Legion, Stormtroopers will be an important unit for players.

Stormtroopers are the regular soldiers of the Galactic Empire, serving as frontline assault forces and internal security units.  They wear iconic white armour that hides their faces, making them appear uniform and anonymous. 

Unlike the Clones before them, the Stormtroopers are recruited or conscripted and trained at Imperial Academies, where they undergo intense conditioning to ensure loyalty and discipline.  They are loyal to the Emperor and the Empire, often carrying out orders without question.

Stormtroopers are trained to engage enemies at close range, which can lead to high casualties but is part of the Empire's strategy of attrition.  They play significant roles in battles like the capture of the Tantive IV and the assault on Hoth.  Stormtroopers in the original trilogy are depicted as formidable but sometimes inept forces, serving as a symbol of Imperial power and oppression.

Note: This is the new version of the Stormtroopers (11 hard plastic miniatures), not to be confused with the original Stormtroopers unit expansion (7 regular troopers), or the Stormtroopers UPGRADE expansion (4 Elite dudes).
